Bringing European design sensibility to a rising Chinese luxury bag brand.
Hongu contacted us for a rethink on their branding and identity, with the ultimate goal of penetrating the European market. We developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to adapt and enhance their existing communications efforts. Smarter brand guidelines where defined and a new way of working was proposed. We involved leading international bag designers at the early stages of the product development to help Hongu adapt for efficiently delivering new products to a brand new market. We also developed 3D visuals of new Hongu retail stores.
